The Golden Lantern LLC will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased based on the following requirements:
All returns or exchanges must contain the original labels and/or tags and items must not be worn or washed.
The Golden Lantern LLC will only accept returns received within 30 days of the original purchase.
No refund or exchanges on clearance or sale items.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and may take up to 5 business days from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept international returns.
