The Golden Lantern LLC will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased based on the following requirements: 

  • All returns or exchanges must contain the original labels and/or tags and items must not be worn or washed. 

  • The Golden Lantern LLC will only accept returns received within 30 days of the original purchase.   

  • No refund or exchanges on clearance or sale items. 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment and may take up to 5 business days from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We do not accept international returns.
